You may be at the very beginning, with an idea and a vision but no finished products. Or you may already have a range and want professional oversight as you prepare it for market.

 Rose Otto is the most comprehensive level of Almost Edible consultancy. It brings the moving parts together: formulation, ingredients, aromatherapy blends, product architecture, packaging, labelling, claims, pricing and regulatory readiness.

 We work across up to five products within one structured project. I help you make informed decisions about what you are creating, how the products work together as a range, what needs to be on the label, how the products should be positioned and what needs to happen before they can be placed on the market. You remain the owner of your brand, formulation decisions and creative direction. My role is to provide the technical, formulation and compliance expertise to help you make those decisions with confidence and move through the process in the right order.

This is not an open-ended retainer and it is not unlimited access. Your project is scoped at the outset, with agreed deliverables, communication boundaries and a defined period of support.

- SCPN process guidance and submission support

- WhatsApp support during the agreed project period, Monday–Friday during working hours, with reasonable response times rather than on-demand access

- 1:1 calls at agreed project stages

- Ongoing support for the agreed project period

If a project requires more extensive formulation work than consultancy and refinement, this can be scoped separately and quoted according to the number and complexity of products involved.

Products beyond the initial five-product scope can be added for an agreed fee and may require an extension to the project timeline.

- Unlimited or on-demand access

- An open-ended consultancy retainer

- Instant turnaround or same-day responses

- CPSR safety assessment or certification

- Third-party laboratory, assessor or testing fees
